Why Open a Spice Club Franchise?
The first reason is that it’s a very lucrative business because it is not reliant on weekend trade like most clubs. The reason for this is that a lot of our members are often travelling for business or vacation, which can make weekdays even busier than weekends in some cases.
The second reason is that we do not need expensive high street property venues, because we do not need or want passing trade.
The first venue partner in any designated area will always get first preference on subsequent club licence agreements as demand expands in their area.
Capacity: Each Spice club requires approximately 300 square meters(3,000 square feet) of space, and has capacity for 75 tables, or up to 150 patrons.
Staff Requirement: Six staff on site each evening.
What does it cost to open a Spice Club outside of property lease expenses?
That completely depends on the current state of the venue, but here are a few pointers:
1. Our Tables and seating have to be used, which are approximately 130 euro per piece. 30k per club approx.
2. Bathrooms need to be of a high standard.
3. Timber flooring is required.
4. We have a team of architects who will work with each venue partner to keep costs down and standards up.

We look for three ingredients in any potential franchise partner. The first is the financial capacity, the second is a reliable past business record, and lastly to make sure they have the right communication, social skills for the hospitality industry.

How does one go about applying to be a Spice Club franchise partner for their location?
Step 1 is to fill in the application form below.
Step 2 is to get on a zoom call with Barry Murphy the founder of Spice Clubs.
Step 3 is that if all are happy, we will provide a lot of information on margins, designs, and operations.
Step 4 will be to sign franchise partner contracts, once an approved venue has been selected and secured.
Step 5 will be to prepare the venue for opening with our design assistance.
